The quiet location next to the park and the fabulous pools and spa. The room service was fast and good quality.

The lobby staff were not as kind and helpful as other hotels I stayed in in Rome. The people handling luggage were very nice but the person at front door wasn't always around to get a taxi. I just expect a kind smile and a welcome back to the hotel from the door men and reservation desk.

Parco Dei Principi Hotel is a magnificent place to be during your stay in Rome; its location near the Villa Bourghese gardens makes it so uniquie to be away from the busy places of Rome and to get really nice peaceful romantic place. The Hotel staff are so helpful and speak good English they were also so attentive. The hotel Spa and swimming pool is amazing and luxurious. what made our stay more pleasant was the upgrade done by the front desk to our room to stay in a nice top floor suite overlooking Rome at night. It is definitely a place to be during your stay in Rome

Service at Breakfast was extremly poor. Two days running we never received our order, even when chasing the waiters/waitresses, still nothing showed up, very dissapointed. 5* hotel, 2* service !

the position which is 5 minutes from town was perfect. the service was excellent from reception to swimming pool. the room was spotless.

    Very good

The view from our room on the 5th floor was beautiful overlooking the Villa Borghese.

We found the front office staff where not always friendly and helpful

We had one of the most enjoyable experiences ever! We made some complicated transportation requests that the front desk and concierge handled impeccably. The service at this hotel is outstanding and incredibly reliable.

This hotel is luxury personified! I was travelling with my two daughters aged 12 and 9. We arrived at the hotel at around noon and although normal check in time is in the afternoon we were ushered straight to our rooms on arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our family room was for all intents and purposes a suit - two separate rooms each with its own king bed with fantastic views of the dome at St. Peter'S.The gym is something else, probably the best that I have ever walked into. The indoor swimming pool is heated and very nice for a night splash. The spa, steam room, relaxation area all finished in world class material - the Parco Dei Principi is for passionate indulgence in all things comfortable and luxurious and the location is good for its purpose. It would not have been right to have this resort at the Spanih Steps or anywhere in the hussle and bustle of city centre. No. The good news is that it is also located within a walking distance of fine restaurants and super markets. The price is outstanding value for money. Parco Dei Principi we miss you already!!!!

I was surprised that the gym does not have two most basic and neccessary things that a gym should have - water and the toilet. You have to walk out of the gym into the nearby bar to buy water! If you dare need the washroom you have to be prepared to wak down the hallway, about 200 metres round trip, sweating and panting to find the nearest loo!

The staff, as they were friendly and helpful especially the restaurant and bar staff. They were professional and had a sense of humour, willing to engage and make your experience as memorable as it could be. The spa and massage was great and we both benefitted from it having walked our feet off over two days. The pool and bar staff were also friendly and willing to help in any way. The food was excellent, the chef has a light touch and not once could there be any complaint regarding the restaurant and its staff.

With the exception of the first mornings breakfast we found the staff a little disorganised - tables werent laid up quick enough following other guests having taken breakfast and this meant guests including us were left waiting for somewhere to sit and eat. There didnt seem to be any urgency. There is - was a distinct difference in the morning and evening staff. However they were friendly and did try and get you seated once they realised you had nowhere to sit. I would also say that while the cleaning staff were excellent they could be a little overzealous and a little forgetful - all at the same time! Finally, perhaps the reception staff could find their sense of humour. It must have been lost somewhere. Perhaps they had had breakfast before hand. Saying this, we would heartily recommend the Parco as a great hotel in a great location with great staff and you wont regret staying there.

    Very good

Quiet, luxury hotel in the center of Rome. Beautifully decorated for those who like antique style. Good staff, excelent Spa.

The heating system in the room was really over the top, and you cannot control it manually. Also, the passing from inside the hotel to the Spa - which was our main reason to stay one night there - is across the hotel lobby, it was very akward crossing that luxurious space with only a bathrobe!

  • 7.8

Excellent spa center: a swimming pool, sauna, turkish sauna, fitness center, massages.

Wi-fi has to be paid. For a 5 star hotel it is not good.

  • 10.0

Fantastic spa and training fascilities. Excellent location and room. Best food ever and very attentiv and friendly staff. After 15 trips to Rome this weekend was the best so far.

  • 8.2

Quality of apartments and SPA (really wonderful experience), hotel services, staff was also very hepful. The value for money was excellent for Rome.

Some minor details - temperature of air conditioning in the room could be less intensive for October; breakfast was sufficient and rather substantial for Italy, but definitely not the kind of choice you can have in five star hotel in Germany or Scandinavia; WiFi connection could be definitely faster and more stable for 22 euros, required for this service. If to complete the equipment of SPA zone, there could be circular and Sharco showers. Also, the region of the city is more suitable for travellers with their own cars, otherwise (if you are not a fan of long distance walking) you should be ready to constant use of taxies or public transport to the places of interest.

  • 8.8

Excellent staff and accomodation. Spa very good. Outdoor pool also very nice but not in use after 30 September.

Bar food menu was very limited. Location is beautiful and quiet but a 10 euro taxi ride from the main attractions of Rome.

  • 6.2

New SPA is amazing with 25m indoor swimming pool Outside Pool and location is nice as not to far from city center (30mins walk through Villa Borghese to Spanish Steps) and away with a nice outdoor swimming pool if you want to stay away from the crowds and relax.

The furniture needs updating, very classical style as many hotels in Rome and Italy. The breakfast room is a bit depressing have to wait a while for Taxis and there is not much other choice if you want to move around.
